I acknowledge that this is a 12 month commitment to my self care.

I acknowledge that my self care coaching sessions are set up as a place to support my empowerment. Coaches are not Licensed Psychotherapists, simply life long relaxation, mindfulness + self care experts.

If I am not able to receive my sessions I can gift them to a friend or they can accumulate for my benefit in future months up to 12 months beyond my self care membership completion date.

It is my responsibility to schedule my sessions and show up for myself!
