What to bring to class:

Notebook & Pen

2 bed sheets

Casual/comfortable attire.

Ladies please bring a large button up shirt to be worn backwards as a gown (to provide access to the spine). You will remain clothed from the waist down.

Clean feet. The technique includes the feet, so let's be kind and wash before coming.

Snacks/lunch or dinner/water bottle - We will have a break to eat. There will be short amount of time to leave to get something if you prefer. I recommend that you bring something and instead socialize during the break.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and get study materials.
