Craniosacral Unwinding is a therapeutic modality that offers a specialty training for the bodyworker, massage therapist, chiropractor, physical therapist, anyone working in the healing arts with the body.
It teaches the practitioner how to use their palpation skills (to become present in their hands) to get into harmony, resonance and rapport with the fluidic nature of the body.
These three courses offer a basic orientation to Integrative Craniosacral Unwinding. Which, is an eclectic approach to the depth and breadth of Craniosacral Practice. It is especially great for lay people and practitioners wanting to learn and or add the mmodality of Cranial to their practice. .All of these courses are hands on and taught from an energetic and anatomivcal perspective.
Cranial 1 is a orienting class that teaches the history and approaches to working with the craniosacral paradigm. Students learn the basic Cranial protocl. You will learn to give a cranial session.
Cranial 2 is a technique class that expands on Cranial 1 and teaches the techniques for cranial intervention including working with the bones of the head face and mouth as well as still point induction.
Cranial 3 is a Cranial process class that teaches how to make resooution with life and body issues through the application of Craniosacral principles and techniques that relate to the issues that clients present. It teaches a process oriented way of being and working with clients that reolves strains, tensions and trauma's
Gary B. Strauss, BCPP, RPE, MS is a Master Practitioner and world-famous Polarity Therapy and CranioSacral Unwinding Instructor. He is the founder and director of Life Energy Institute and Polarity Healing Arts of California. Gary’s schools, listed in more detail below, are in Topanga, California, Tempe, Arizona, New York city, Long Island, and Kobe, Japan; as well as classes and retreats held in places like Budapest, Switzerland, and more. His compassion and devotion to helping people through his work is deeply poignant, and with over 40 years of experience in the Energy Medicine field, his expertise, techniques and skills in the Energetic Healing Arts are renowned and admired globally.
Sunil Kalwani draws from many different lineages, as well as areas of personal study. This includes, but is not limited to Craniosacral & Polarity Therapy, esoteric practices such as Yoga & Qi Gong, as well as modern disciplines like Reichian Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing. Along with having his own private practice, Sunil offers sessions at a Rehab Center, making sure those in need can experience this form of support as well. He teaches, facilitates, and mentors students and clients in all of his various areas of expertise, including his work with the Life Energy Institute as a teacher of Craniosacral & Polarity Therapy. His approach focuses on supporting individuals to expand their sensitivity, awareness, and competency of their own process in order to artfully create the life they want to live, aligned with mind, body, and spirit.
