Classroom Protocols & Conduct for Students

Punctuality: 10 minutes early is on time.

Parking : Street parking is available. Please be aware of all Street Sweeping restrictions.

Eating : Many local food options !

Dress code : Comfort professional. Clothes should be conservative and in above average condition. Athletic attire encouraged.

Breaks: When teacher permits a break, we ask for students to use the classroom doors as access to the exterior & stay quiet as a mouse. Rather than diving onto the phone - take a break to digest course content quietly & reflect meditatively. Take care of personal needs.

CA education/ classroom break policy: Every hour of instruction, ten minutes of break. Every 4 hours

Smoking: Not permitted within the 1000 square foot radius surrounding the location.

Noise level: Courses take place in a shared space where massages and other treatments may be happening. With this in mind, please maintain a low volume throughout your time in the space. Please be respectful and courteous to any visitors.

Please note: If a course does not meet its student minimum, it will be cancelled and all money will be refunded or you can opt to be scheduled for the next available course date.

I agree to maintain a low volume throughout the course, keeping in mind there may be sessions happening in other rooms.

I am willing to participate in the giving and receiving of massage/other treatments from teachers & other students as appropriate for the educational purposes of this course.

I consent to be filmed/photographed by SRHH and their contractors and understand that this footage/photography may be used for educational and/or marketing purposes.

I hereby agree that I am qualified for the course as stated in the above pre-qualification details.

I understand that my place in this course is secure upon payment.

I understand that courses may be cancelled and all tuitions refunded if minimum enrollment is not reached 2 weeks before the scheduled start date of the class.

I understand if I opt for a refund of tuitions within two weeks of the course start date, my seat must be replaced by another student in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise 50% refunds are available up until 7 days before course start date. Refunds will not include any processing fees incurred by Sacred Roots in the processing of your transactions.

Absence: If you need to miss a portion of the course we cannot guarantee make-up classes or teacher availability.

COVID19 Requirements:

We ask that all guests arrive with masks, remove their shoes, enter through the back door and exit through the front.

Our facility is cleaned multiple times a day. Each treatment room is cleaned and sanitized with UV Ozone Light and disinfectant after each client. All of our practitioners have been trained in our cleaning protocols and will wear masks and face shields for the duration of your appointment. Gloves can be worn upon request. We will take temperatures at the entrance of sacred roots and ask that you remove your shoes.

By signing below you agree that:

1. You have not had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100 degrees or above

2. You do not now nor have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath

3. You do not now nor have you recently had, any chills, muscle aches, new loss of taste or smell, or new rashes or lesions?

4. You have not been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms

5. You have not traveled out of state in the last 14 days

6. You can exercise to get your heart rate and respiratory rate up without any problem

7. You have not had a new onset of muscle aches or pain since the emergence of the virus

8. You have no new marks, rashes, spots, bumps, or other lesions on your skin
